The benefits of yoga on your health and happiness cannot be over emphasised. Yoga literally will transform you- both in terms of strength and flexibility- and in both your mind and your body.

The ancient practice of yoga has branched off into many styles – from Hatha to Ashtanga to Iyengar, to name just a few. Here at the Om Space we teach and practice many styles. We are sure that you will find a style that will suit you.

We know that yoga can feel intimidating- am I flexible enough- is a common refrain from our yogis. Yoga works for everyone, whether you have a severe impairment or injury, or are physically at the peak of your game, you’ll find it helps you.

Since yoga means union of mind and body, we also teach breathing and meditation, which will help you deal with all aspects of life- good and less than good!
